dropshipping and wholesale service.
1.2 Would there be a bulk order discount applied?
Yes, please tell us the product name and quantity you want to
order, more than 50 items, please contact support team directly
for a quotation.
1.3 Where are your products made?
There are 3 fulfillment centers- USA, Australia and China, The
specific shipping locations will depend on the product you choose.
1.4 What’s the production and shipping time?
The production time would normally take 2 to 5 working days
depends on different products. And the shipping time depends on
the shipping method you choose for your orders, According to our
recent data, standard shipping in most situations is about 15 to
20 working days, express shipping is about 3-7 working days. Some
specials cases may take a longer time depends on the destination
and local logistics.
Ⅱ. Order & fulfillment
2.1 Will any Prinata info appear on the package?
Printata name or logo will not appear on the package
2.2 .What is the cost of the order?
The cost includes goods and shipping costs.
2.3 How can I check the status of my order?
You can view the status of an order from within your Printata
account by clicking Orders in the left navigation menu. The order
status: Unpaid- Paid- Processing-Making-Shipped
2.4 How can I change the size/color/shipping address before the item
ships?
Because our production facility is automated for processing orders
as fast as possible, the time to make changes to your orders is
often limited. Any requests to change an order must be submitted
before the item has entered production. Please contact our support
team to check the order status.
Ⅲ.Return & Refund
3.1 Do you accept returns?
All orders are personalized orders, we do not accept returns.
It is recommended that sellers provide their own address as the
return address to be displayed on the store.
3.2 My order shows it is being returned to sender, can you reship it
to my customer?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but
most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances
include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned
by your end customer.
Please contact support team to check if the order arrives back to
our facility, if we have received the returned item , it can be
reshipped, but you will have to pay the reship shipping cost.
If Printata can not receive the return items, you will need to
place a new order to have it reprinted and shipped. No refunds
will be issued for the returned items, Because production &
shipment of these orders has already occurred
3.3 How long do I have to submit a claim for a refund/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be
submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For
packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more
than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
3.4 What happens if a package was marked as delivered, but my
customer didn't receive it?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the
customer reports they have yet to receive it, Prinata won't cover
the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but
left in an unexpected location at a customer's address. Customers
should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional
details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under
the table on the back porch."
Also, check with everyone in the household as another member of
the house may have received or retrieved the item. And also ask
your neighbors, Sometimes, a well-meaning neighbor might have
taken your package inside their house for safekeeping or for
protection against the rain or other bad weather.
If your customer is unable to locate the package, you will need to
place a new order to have it reprinted and reshipped. We're not
yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers for
the delivered order, but hope to do so in the future!
