Cancel or Change an Order

  • We highly recommend carefully reviewing all order details and files before proceeding with the checkout process.

  • 1.Change of address: If the order status is "New" or "Processing" and it has not been shipped yet, you can contact our support team for assistance in changing the delivery address.

  • 2.Change of design: If you wish to modify the design of the ordered item, a 25% re-production fee will be applicable to have the item reprinted. Once an order has been paid for, it is automatically processed in our production system, and we are unable to halt production.

  • 3.Change of shipping method: You can send request to our support team to change the shipping method if the order status is “ “New” and “processing”, Once an order has been marked as "Shipped," it is no longer possible to change the shipping method.

  • 4.Order cancellation: Once an order has been paid for, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you insist on cancelling the order, we can refrain from shipping it but will impose a 25% cancellation fee.
  •  
  • 5.It is not possible to cancel or make changes to orders fulfilled in the USA factory once payment has been made, as the tracking number will be updated and shipping costs will be incurred.

  • Please note that these processes involve manual interventions with our manufacturers, who are currently experiencing high order volumes. As a result, accommodating requested changes may cause additional production and shipping delays, which could have a significant impact on other orders.
